Mansour bin Zayed:
Emirati.ae is an embodiment for “Citizen First”
His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Za-
yed Al Nahyan, UAE Deputy Prime Min-
ister and Minister of Presidential Affairs
launched the official portal for benefits and
services,
emirati.gov.ae
with its web and
mobile phone versions. He also launched
the smart app Emirati on various mobile
platforms in the margins of the most re-
cent Government Summit events.
The app and website represent two faces
of an integrated information platform that
displays the benefits and services offered
by the UAE government o its citizens.
Because citizens are the priority of our
leadership, His Highness Sheikh Mansour
bin Zayed Al Nahyan stated that launch-
ing the website comes as embodiment of
the vision of our wise leaders and repre-
sents on the grounds the “Citizen First”
motto that the government seeks to apply
through the UAE Vision 2021. It is also a
practical embodiment of the smart govern-
ment’s initiative that targets not only citi-
zen satisfaction but their happiness too.
His Highness stressed that our wise lead-
ership was keen on providing the best
services to the UAE nationals who have
always proved they deserve the best be-
ing loyal to their country and leaders and
ready to exert all efforts to develop the
UAE.
The website and app were designed to
provide information about the benefits,
grants and services offered by the UAE
exclusively to its citizens and provide an
advanced search feature that helps find
services and information based on the
service type and whether it is local or fed-
eral and the agency that offers it.
Emirati smart app enjoys the ability to lo-
cate the user and provide him with ser-
vices related to the emirate they are
present and at the same time en-
able users to choose services
from a federal government
agency or one found in an-
other emirate.
The app can send notifica
-
tions in case a new service is
launched as it sends a mes-
sage to the citizen registered in
the app notifying them of a new
service they might be interested
to check and use.
The information and services avail-
able on the site and app are divided into
eight categories: housing, education,
employment, leadership, busi-
ness, retirement, marriage,
health and social security.

both platforms

continue
to
achieve
the
desired
goals through
this national
project that
