from anywhere in the world.
Cary has been launched in Dubai in or

UAE leadership with regard to the tran-
sition to smart government. It has also
come in light of the increasing preva-
lence of smart phones in the Middle
East, as well as the growing reliance
of individuals on mobile technology in
