Apple and Google have banned “Flappy
Bird” clones. Both companies are taking
action against eager developers hoping
to make a quick buck from the post-fren

zy of “Flappy Bird.” The fake app has
ability to access your SD card with read
and write permission, send SMS, re-
ceive and read without your intervention
and it can also add and remove short-
cuts without informing you.
Downloading videos and other large files
usually uses a lot of data. Smart phone us-
ers can now download a free and easy-to-
use data savings app that compresses data
across applications on your mobile device
– including video, text and images – so you
can get the most out your data plan and
more control over your data usage.
Opera has introduced Opera Max,
an app that saves your data usage
and allows you to enjoy smoother
surfing on the Internet. It com

presses data on its servers before
sending to the end user. It not only
compresses the web pages, but it
also compresses the videos, photos
and other types of data as well. Opera
Max is currently available on Google
-
Play Store and it’s free for Android de-
vices. Opera is looking to develop this
app for iOS devices as well.
