is Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and
Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, honoured winners of the Best
mGovernment Service Award which enjoyed wide participation from local, Arab
and global entries. This came during the event organized by the Government Sum-
mit 2014 during which local, Arab and international winners were announced in
the presence of representatives from all teams and organizations that qualified
to the finals.
