The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a
guide to creating an “electronic travel docu-
ment” for those wishing to travel to the United
Kingdom as part of the ministry’s keenness
to facilitate the procedures of travelling for
citizens.
The guide includes a detailed explanation
of the stages of creating the electronic
document through the creation of a new
and permanent user account, which re-
quires personal data corresponding to the
passport and residence address in the
first stage. In the second phase, the user
should activate his account as a prelude to
creating an electronic document applica-
tion for the user himself or other persons,
which includes personal data according to
the passport and flight details to the UK.
Once the application has been completed,
applicants can get the electronic docu-
ment within 60 minutes, which can printed
and used by the traveler at airlines as well as
arrival and departure terminals in UK.
The Ministry of Interior has participated in the
TRA’s mGovernment Training Programme in
order tp build and boost national capacities
in this field and prepare national professional

ed a training course on managing mGovern-

electronic devices used at schools is
within international safety guidelines.
The study will assess level of compli-

the International Commission for the
Protection of Non-Ionizing Radiation,
and the International Telecommuni-
