The Best mGovernment Service Award is based on a set of criteria, the most promi-
nent of which are effectiveness, efficiency, application functions and cooperation. The
award aims at urging and encouraging governmental entities in the UAE to provide
creative and innovative solutions in the field of mobile applications in line with the
mGovernment requirements. This ensures access to governmental services around
the clock in an easy, simple, highly efficient and transparent manner in order to meet
users’ needs and expectations, make them feel the importance of communicating
with them from anywhere, as well as ensure a high quality life for UAE citizens and
