The homepage should focus more on the
services most used by users (especially
students and parents).
There’s no link to the homepage in the
internal pages.
The font type is easy to read and consis-
tent across the website.

The sitemap is well organised and helps
the user reach the different sections of
the website.
Hyperlinks are well displayed. However,
some links appear in gold and some ap-
pear in red. it’s advisable that link colour
gets changed after clicking (usually non-
visited links are blue and they become
red when clicked on).
Content:
Website content is a very crucial element
in ensuring its success in meeting users’
needs and expectations. The content
should be succinct and provide users with
the information they need, without being
distracted by unnecessary messages.
Following are a few remarks on the
website in this regard:
The website is rich in information and ser-
vices. However, the English translation is
literal and contains some language errors
(screenshot 3).
There is no FAQ section on the website
or .a channel for asking questions.
The website provides various communi-
cation channels with the public including
social media. However, there is not much
interaction with the public through these.
Final Remarks:
The aim of this quick review is to highlight
the main features and unique character-
istics of the website in addition to a few
areas that can be improved in order to
provide a better user experience.
