Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Mak-
toum has surprised UAE Federal Govern-
ment employees with a letter praising their
efforts in developing the country. The letter
conveyed a fresh spirit and vision, reflect-
ing the leader’s keenness to share state
success with the people.
“I am very proud of you and your dedica-
tion and I appreciate your diligent efforts.
On the occasion of this new year I would
like to tell you that we will be with you ev-
ery step of the way,” he wrote in his letter.
This letter gave the federal government
staff positive energy and encouraged
them to provide more efforts to be in the
first place across all fields.
The letter also conveyed notions of soli-
darity, and pride of human resources and
their key role in the country’s development
across various areas.
Employees’ responses on various so-

His Highness’ letter had on them as it

exert more efforts. They pointed out that
