was added on the list of Dubai Police smart-
phone services. Other services include crim-
inal and traffic services, which are among
the major community services mostly used
by the public.
The service can be accessed by entering
the entity requesting the visit “public – pri-
vate – individual” then entering the number
of visitors. The system will then send an
SMS with the reference number to the ap-
plicant.
The Dubai Police Museum visit request is
submitted by entering the name of the co-
ordinator in case of public and private re-
quests or entering the mobile phone num-
ber or email. After entering the details, the
applicant should click on “Accept”.
The Insurance Authority launched a smart e-
system to file, receive and settle complaints
of insurance policy holders against companies
and practices existing in the market, which do
not comply with the effective laws and are not
in line with fair competition underlying the local
market practices.
The smart e-system can be used by logging
into the Insurance Authority’s website or by us-
ing its app on smartphones then logging into
the e-system to lodge complaints and fill out the
required information in the complaint form.
When users click “Submit”, the form is sent to
the Insurance Authority and users receive a ref-
erence number of the complaint in an email or
SMS or by writing down the number that ap-
pears on the screen after submitting the com-
plaint. Then the Complaint Department will pro-
cess the complaint.
The complainant can track the complaint de-
tails accordingly. Finally, the Insurance Author-
ity sends an email or SMS to the complainant
about the final status of the lodged complaint.

cy Services, Classifieds, Tourist
Places, Entertainment, Com-
pany listings, Helpline, RTA Fine
Enquiry, Dubai Metro Info, Air-
lines, Currency and Gold Rates,
to list a few.
