Mustahaqati
Mobile App
Smart Platform
Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD)
added three smart apps during the re-
cently held 10th media forum. These apps
are considered the first of their type world-
wide.
The three apps, Mustahaqati (My Dues),
Mobile App and Smart Platform will pro-
vide prompt updates on the judiciary sys-
tem in the emirate and reduce the number
of disputes.
Following directions from His Highness
Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan,
UAE Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of
Presidential Affairs and ADJD Chairman,
ADJD seeks to be a world-class distin-
guished judicial entity, that applies high
quality technology systems and adopts
latest technologies, including smart apps
to ease matters for users and establish an
efficient and autonomous judicial system
offering world-class judicial services.
ADJD launched Mustahaqati service
based on its belief in the rights of employ-
ees in the private sector to achieve eco-
nomic development in the UAE. It is also
keen on making such service a guide to
educate workers on their rights stipulated
by law in case a dispute arises between
employers and employees, such as right
of wage, allowances and end of service
reward. It also guides employees on how
to easily calculate such dues within the
limits of law.
Mobile App is available in both Arabic and
English and is compatible with iOS and
Android operation systems.
The smart app provides the public with a
wide array of public and private services
that require registration for users to be
able to use.
Public services offered by the app in-
clude court fees calculation and search for
lawyers, which is a database of all UAE
lawyers and their contact information via
phone or email.
Public services also include GPS direc-
tions to the various locations of Abu Dhabi
courts in addition to inquiry about cases
and hearings held for the day in all the
emirate courts.
The new app allows adding any case to
the tracking list so users can review the
updates easily and seamlessly. The app
also features smart statistics service that
reflects the transparency in the work of
courts by showing the number of regis-
tered and settled cases in the emirate
courts on a certain day or within a time
frame specified by the user.
The Smart Platform app allows the pub-
lic to keep track of the progress of work
at courts and the number of litigants and
cases heard, settled and adjourned, within
Abu Dhabi Government’s strategy to be a
high-performance government offering
world-class services for the benefit of all
its customers. The government also aims
to implement Abu Dhabi Government’s
smart program, through which it seeks to
build a government based on e-services
and the latest technologies.
This platform is considered an interface
for the statistical performance reports that
help ADJD in strategic planning, setting
goals and improving work techniques,
in addition to better monitoring of work
progress and giving a clear idea about
the work mechanism and procedures in a
transparent manner and trust in organiza-
tional performance.
