With regard to expedited procedures,
Article 15 of the law assigned the Dubai
Center for E-Security with putting in place
the necessary controls to prevent any at-
tempt to interrupt, stop, disrupt or change
the communication network or information
system content. The Center may take the
necessary action to curb such incidents
and attempts wither inside or outside
Dubai.
The Center, which is the government
agency concerned with e-security affairs
in the emirate, is in charge of liaising with
the National Electronic Security Author-
ity (NESA) and providing the information,
data and e-security requirements NESA
requires to perform its task.
