The Ministry of Finance invites you to participate in designing and developing its services by sharing your ideas and suggestions regarding services that could be improved to meet your expectations and support the UAE's ambitious vision towards sustainable development and innovation.
Objective
The consultation aims to collect customers' opinions, suggestions on how to design and develop services of the Ministry of Finance, in addition to enhancing transparency and participation in decision-making processes, and to adopt innovative ideas to simplify the customer journey, enabling a streamlined, efficient, and swift service experience.
Expected decisions as a result of this consultation
Customers' opinions and suggestions will be used to prepare a plan to improve and develop the Ministry of Finance's services, with a focus on adopting innovative tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience.
The public consultation received 87 responses, with the participants primarily focused on the service of registering suppliers in the Federal Supplier Register
.The feedback provided led to the following actions being taken-
Adoption of artificial intelligence to accelerate services and enhance user experience-
Development of a self-service platform as a core component of the customer's digital journey-
Strengthening collaboration with technology partners to provide innovative solutions-
Customizing services based on the analysis of customer needs-
Facilitating the linkage of service invoices with purchase orders (already implemented)-
