FAHR has worked to develop the Customer Happiness System (CHS) on a regular basis, as it makes it easier for customers to access all its electronic services through a single electronic portal, emanating from the Authority's website (www.fahr.gov.ae).
Purpose of Consultation:
The Authority seeks to explore the views of its customers about the system by holding a series of workshops and meetings, as well as creating an experimental environment for the system.
Decision-Making:
The Authority will seek customers' views and suggestions, to make the necessary updates to improves the system in a way that meets the needs of all users.
Outcomes:
The Authority held a brainstorming session with the concerned departments to develop and update the Customer Happiness System, with the participation of a number of the authority's employees. During the session, the system was presented to the employees, and some observations and changes required to update the system were discussed. The opinions of the majority of employees were restricted and after discussion by those concerned, the amendments were dropped to the system.
