About the subject

EtihadWE is planning to expand the public awareness about its electronic and smart services. This is done to inform and encourage people to use the modern technology to access government services in a quick and easy way and adopt the smart lifestyle. Etihad We wishes to know the utility and benefits of such campaigns. EtihadWE launches such survey annually to gather public views about their eServices and the channels they favour to receive these campaigns.

The questionnaire aims to share with the public their opinions and their satisfaction with the content of awareness campaigns, and the extent of the effectiveness of the content in delivering the desired information.

Modifying the awareness campaigns based on analyzing and studying the observations, the results of the survey and assessment of the previous plan.
