The degree of satisfaction with their happiness on the platform was 87.5%.

 

Q.3 Suggestions and Observations:

1. Generalize Zaki's experience

2. Changing the background of WhatsApp, the logo of the fund, golden and gray, adding a choice, which is to identify the fund's policy and vision

3. Speed up the response time

4. Increasing the number of digital services and increasing the speed of response

5. Providing a virtual assistant with a clear reference, a poll, the ability to convert text into audible speech, a service status, or an option for other questions

6. Adding a fatwa request - abbreviating the steps so that I am transferred to the payment screen via text messages without multiple options. There is repetition. While choosing payment via bank transfer, a screen appears showing payment by text messages and the account, and this is sufficient to reduce the steps without the need for repetition and the presence of option number 2, payment from During the messages, adding credit card payment through a direct portal without the need to transfer me to the cashier's website
