FAHR: Brainstorming Session to enhance The Virtual Assistant Service for the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources customers "Hamad"

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has launched a virtual assistant service "Hamad" for FAHR's customers, which would facilitate customers access to its electronic services and obtain answers to some inquiries around the clock 24/7, through the Authority's website (www.fahr.gov.ae) Hence, "Hamad" is considered one of the aspects to shift towards artificial intelligence.

Purpose of Consultation: 

The Authority seeks to periodically review the system in terms of content and efficiency and seeks to add new features that help in improving the service in form and content through brainstorming sessions.

Decision-Making:

The Authority will stand on the employees' views and suggestions, to make the necessary updates, to improve the system and enrich it with accurate information and answers, in order to meet the needs and aspirations of customers.


Brainstorming Session Outcomes:

 The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has launched a Virtual Assistant Service for the authority's customers "Hamad", which will make it easier for customers to access its electronic services and get answers to some inquiries around the clock, through the authority's website, so that "Hamad" is considered one of the direct shift towards artificial intelligence.  During the brainstorming session, which was attended by some of the Authority's employees, the mechanism of periodic review of the system in terms of content and efficiency was discussed, and new features were proposed to help improve the system in form and content.  The opinions of the majority of employees have been counted and after discussion by those concerned, an implementation plan will be drawn up to meet the needs and aspirations of customers.
