As part of the Ministry of Health and Prevention's keenness to enhance the positive communication with the public, the Ministry seeks to assess the public's satisfaction with the ministry's social media platforms, where it's considered as a primarily interactive media platforms and an important part of its media strategy and one of communication means in planning for the provision of health services and the health sector performance index.


Through this consultation, the Ministry seeks to measure public satisfaction with its digital media platforms and monitor their proposals and development opinions that increase their readiness to interact with these means optimally.


The Ministry of Health and Prevention will work after monitoring all opinions and proposals to develop innovative and diverse mechanisms for effective presence and to harness social media channels to develop the ways of informing the public about its services, activities and initiatives.
