Measuring the employees Level of satisfaction of the Authority’s Annual Report about the Authority’s Achievements in 2020.

Purpose of Consultation:

Finding out the opinion of the Authority’s employees on the topics of the Annual Report and the new "Interactive" format, through a virtual brainstorming session.

Decision-Making:

Creating new and innovative methods for developing the report, and working on updating the report in form and content, based

on the development and improvement proposals and opinions of employees.

Outcomes of the Brainstorming Session:

The Authority held a brainstorming session to develop FAHR Annual Report 2020, with the participation of a number of the authority’s employees. During the virtual session, some development notes were discussed and the suggestions of specialists were taken to develop new and innovative methods for developing the report, and working on updating the report in form and content, before launching a new and interactive image for the public.
