Consultation Subject:

In line with the government's strategy for electronic and smart transformation, and contributing to achieve the relevant national indicators, the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure is keen to get your electronic consultation for the (Accident Damage) service with the aim of enhancing the communication process, customer happiness and identifying future expectations.

 

 

The aim of the Consultation:

The definition of customer happiness by introducing the steps to apply for the Accident Damage Service. Identifying customer preferences for developing the service & knowing the future expectations of customers

 

Expected decisions:

After monitoring all opinions and proposals, the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure will work on developing innovative and diversified mechanisms for developing the Accident Damage Service, which will contribute raising the level of public satisfaction.

Outcome

Based on the participations we received in the virtual Lab of the initiative “Help us to make you happy" about the Value Estimate of Accident Damage Service, the Ministry decided to develop the electronic service according to the Lab outputs.
