First of all, we thank everyone for their entries and suggestions. Based on the opinions of the public, the focus has been on the promotional tactics that are interesting to and most followed by the public. To this effect, media messages have been intensified in these tactics and a new initiative has been launched to increase the percentage of students’ registration in higher education as follows:
The service of registering in government higher education institutions is clearly announced on the homepage of the Ministry of Education’s website, which is considered one of the most important portals that are continuously visited by students.
As many as 12 virtual channels have been created through the ‘Microsoft Teams’ program to guide students to register in higher education institutions and scholarships in order for high school students to be in direct contact with higher education institutions and communicate with them regarding any inquiries related to how to join them, thereby increasing the enrolment rate of students in higher education institutions. This is based on the Ministry of Education’s keenness on providing all facilities that would support grade 12 students in making the right academic decision and facilitating their transition to the university stage.
Expanding the promotion of the registration service in higher education institutions through co-operation with news agencies and accredited social media accounts to promote the service with a view to reaching as many
targeted grade 12 students as possible.
