Content:
Website content is a very crucial element
in ensuring its success in meeting users’
needs and expectations. The content
should be succinct and provide users with
the information they need, without being
distracted by unnecessary messages.
Following are a few remarks on the
website in this regard:
The website is rich in information and
services in both Arabic and English. It
provides detailed information about the
services and the documents required for
each service.
FAQ section is very rich. It also provides
a window for the users to ask more ques-
tions.
Some pages are not available in Arabic
(screenshot 3).
Content of some sections is not updated
regularly (e.g. News and Achievements)
(screenshots 2 & 4).
The website provides various communica-
tion channels with the public including on-
line chat and social media. However, there
is not much interaction with the public
through these channels. Also, the content
does not focus mainly on the Authority’s
services.
Final Remarks:
The aim of this quick review is to highlight
the main features and unique character-
istics of the website in addition to a few
areas that can be improved in order to
provide a better user experience.
The website was reviewed from 1-7 June,
2014. Any changes on the website after
that date are not reflected.
Your comments and remarks are al-
ways welcomed.
