well as news pertaining to apps. These accounts should act
as a mobile guide of the results achieved by departments
and agencies on the smart transition process.
mGov Twitter and Facebook pages will receive suggestions
from users of smart services about services they wish to
have on apps offered by local and federal entities. mGov will
in turn forward such suggestions to those in charge of the
apps. These social media pages should serve as a source of
feedback of customers on the offered services.
mGov Instagram account is almost exclusively used to post
visual news items in creative and innovative ways. News sto-
ries are displayed in an exciting way. It also presents an ar-
ray of pictures that showcases the beauty of the UAE. More-
over, it presents an image of graphs published on mGov
pages, which help readers understand statistics of transition
into smart services.
