Portal had demonstrated the
most important services that
can benefit the users with a
push of a button via a video
posted on its channel on You-
Tube.
Abu Dhabi center for elec-
tronic systems and Informa-
tion is supervising the portal.
The portal allows an integrat-
ed platform for conducting
transactions in collaboration
with a number of govern-
ment agencies in Abu Dhabi
as part of its quest to harness
the full potential of the portal
and achieve the best interest
of the target groups of users
(individuals, companies and
government entities in Abu
Dhabi).
The portal provides a central
electronic platform for the
dissemination of information
between the Government of
Abu Dhabi and its custom-
ers all over the emirate, also
it provides through its two
sections - individuals and
businesses - for citizens,
residents, visitors and com-
panies – the possibility to ac-
cess to more than 1,000 elec-
tronic services.
The portal also offers a range
of personal characteris-
tics through the feature “My
Page,” which allows access
to electronic governmental
secured services in an easy
and straightforward manner.
The government’s smart channel had
demonstrated on the popular video-shar-
ing site YouTube a short clip explaining
through it the goal of the development of
the Smart Government for the training and
educational center through smart devices,
which its services targeting the public ser-
vice employees in the government.
The video was designed using the meth-
odology of “Info Graphic” to explain the
services provided by the center, which
works to facilitate access to knowledge,
and enhance capacity-building through
the creation of a model for the exchange
of
scientific
knowledge.

tion its affiliates
to take advan-
tage of the tech-
nology of the
future, where
the
program
of the center
is designed to suit the needs of govern-
ment employees as they are considered
as key elements in building a future state,
the center prepares for its affiliates the
courses that contribute effectively to the
development and innovation of the smart
government services.
The center focuses on students, techni-
cians and future policies makers, also
its services are not limited on training on
modern technology, but also works on the
transfer of knowledge across geographic
boundaries, where the center’s training
plans return with benefit to all countries
of the Cooperation Council and the min-
istries and government institutions that fo-
cus on the customer.
The training courses include the adminis-
trative level, and administrative executive
for information technology and applica-
tion developers and security specialists of
tablet devices from government agencies
and universities.
The Center seeks to boosts the high con-
fidence for the mobile phone technology
and tablet devices, also focuses on sup-
porting safe eco-system through the live
broadcast over the Internet between the
training center and users.
