About the Consultation

The School Games Championships stem from the Sports Competition Games project in the education sector, which is one of the three transformative projects within the National Sports Strategy 2031. The championship represents a national sports platform that seeks to develop the skills of school students in various sports and motivate them to practice physical activity as part of their daily lifestyle. This aims to achieve a school community that supports student development in all aspects of their lives, with a focus on discovering and developing athletic talents capable of representing the UAE in regional, international, and Olympic sports events.

Objectives

1. To analyze the success of School Games Championships and their role in refining students' skills and engagement.

2. To understand students' interests and what they need to improve their sports skills and talents.

3. To improve games programs and schools in general to support the development of talented individuals.

Decisions:

The public's suggestions will be studied to be relied upon and reflected in upcoming School Games Championships.
