The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has launched a Smart Recruitment Platform in the Federal Government, "Estiqtab", which is an advanced smart recruitment platform, enhanced with the characteristics of Artificial Intelligence, working to match the vacancies in the Federal Government, with the CVs of job seekers loaded in the system.

 Purpose of Consultation:

The Authority seeks to motivate Federal Government employees to participate effectively within the "Estiqtab" platform to achieve the maximum benefit from the available vacancies and to attract the best talents to the federal government.

 Decision-Making:

The Authority will measure the level of interaction and stand on the views and suggestions of the customers, through a questionnaire that measures their satisfaction with the platform, to enhance the strengths, and put corrective measures for any gaps, thereby increasing their level of satisfaction and happiness with the project.
