The Ministry of Education is launching the largest art competition for public schools across the country, celebrating the creativity of students and teachers by showcasing Emirati heritage through artistic decorations that reflect heritage and narrate history.
All students and teachers in public schools are encouraged to participate with their creative ideas in coordination with their school administration.
Through this Competition, the Ministry of Education aims to:
- Foster a vibrant and engaging educational environment
- Strengthen students sense of national identity
- Cultivate creativity, innovation and teamwork
- Create a collaborative space where students and teachers can design their school decor
Competition Awards:
- First place: 100,000 AED
- Second place: 70,000 AED
- Third place: 50,000 AED
- Fourth to 10th place: 25,000 AED awarded to each winning school
Evaluation criteria:
- (50%) Emphasis on national identity and authentic Emirati craftsmanship
- (15%) Precision and quality in design and materials used
- (15%) Clear representation of educational and pedagogical values
- (10%) The concept must demonstrate creativity and innovation
- (10%) Effective teamwork and project management
