Subject of the Consultation:

Discussing how to enhance students' use of internal communication channels when facing any challenges.

Objective of the Consultation:

The Communication Department at HCT is keen on surveying students' opinions and monitoring their interactions on the college's communication channels, as well as encouraging them to use these channels for their various needs. However, some still resort to external communication tools or use official communication channels ineffectively or incorrectly. There was a need to understand the reasons for this to improve and develop. A digital public session will be organized for students to gather their opinions.

Based on the digital session, it is expected to identify the reasons and raise recommendations for improvement.
