Objective:
To engage students and the university community in assessing the quality and effectiveness of student services offered by the university and to gather suggestions for improvement to meet their needs and aspirations.

Description:
As part of UAEU's efforts to enhance the quality of its student services and create an inclusive academic environment that supports students' experiences, a digital consultation will be launched. The aim is to gather feedback and evaluations from students, faculty, and alumni on the quality of the provided student services. These services encompass:

• Academic Services: Academic advising, study support, orientation programs, and guidance for choosing study paths.
• Social Services: Psychological support, student activities, career guidance, and cultural programs.
• Technological Services: Digital systems for course management, online registration, and student portal interfaces.
• Campus Facilities: Study spaces, libraries, student activity centers, and other campus amenities.

An interactive digital platform will be made available on the university's website or via a dedicated application. Through this platform, students can provide feedback via surveys, open evaluations, and online discussion forums. A voting mechanism will allow students to prioritize services they wish to improve and propose new ideas to elevate service standards.

Expected Outcomes:
By collecting regular and effective feedback from students, the university aims to:
