About the consultation:

The General Authority of Sports (GAS) constantly aims to enhance its high-quality services and media coverage for its activities in order to better meet the diverse needs and interests of the customers in the UAE in alignment with GAS's strategy aimed at the continuous and systematic enhancement of the reality of Emirati sports.

As part of this, GAS strives to raise awareness regarding its sporting-related services, activities and events through various media outlets.

Purpose of the consultation:

To evaluate awareness levels of participants on GAS's key services, activities and sporting events, in order to determine the necessary improvement measures.

Decisions:

A survey was conducted to evaluate public satisfaction and awareness levels on GAS's services and activities. This was done in order to derive effective measures to build on participant suggestions and ideas for raising awareness level.
