Topic: Customer
satisfaction survey on the quality of design and content of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs' Mobile App, aiming to gather feedback and suggestions from
users regarding the improvement of user experience.
Objective:
To activate the role of
digital audience participation in contributing to developmental suggestions for
enhancing the user experience on the Mobile App, in alignment with their
preferences and needs. This is part of the ministry's effort to provide the
best digital and smart services, in accordance with the UAE government's
promise for future services.
Decision Making: Based on the survey results, the ministry
will measure the level of customer satisfaction and study the suggestions and
feedback to develop the quality of the Mobile App.
