Emirates Post provides its customers with integrated solutions for international premium delivery. Emirates Post's capabilities include the delivery of documents and important parcels within 72 hours, to more than 200 destinations around the world, maintaining exceptionally high service standards. 

The Goal

Our goal is to increase awareness in the community about the International Premium Delivery service. More specifically, on how to request and book the service to ship a document and/or a parcel through the different channels at Emirates Post. 

Delivering International Parcels

The international premium delivery service is a door-to-door service, and customer can use the tracking feature to track their shipment until it is safely delivered to the recipient. This service is available for eCommerce, heavy weight, and personal shipments.  

Desired Outcome

With customers aware of the international premium delivery service, they can request and book the service via Emirates Post's website, mobile App or Call Center. Emirates Post will then send a courier to collect the shipment from their door.
