the electronic Performance Management System is one of the electronic systems
that fall under the umbrella of the Human Resources Information Management System

After analyzing the results of the questionnaire that measures the level of public satisfaction about the development of the performance management system in the federal government, the participants' development proposals and views were taken into account, which would assist in the development of the system and make the necessary updates. In order to improve and simplify the system, in proportion to their needs, and this is the keenness of the Authority to continuously update the Human Resources Legislation and Regulations in the federal government. The results were identified and approximately 20 feedbacks were received, taken into consideration, and then built upon in the development of corrective measures.
