FAHR: Public satisfaction with the electronic Performance Management System

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources is constantly developing its electronic systems, as the electronic Performance Management System is one of the electronic systems that fall under the umbrella of the Human Resources Information Management System in the Federal Government "Bayanati". Through it, federal government employees can complete all stages of the applied performance management system. at the federal government level.

Purpose of Consultation:

The Authority seeks to explore the views of its customers about the system by launching a special questionnaire.

Decision-Making:

The Authority will solicit customers' views and suggestions, to make the necessary updates to improves the system in a way that meets the needs of all users.

Action:


After analyzing the results of the questionnaire that measures the level of public satisfaction about the development of the performance management system in the federal government, the participants' development proposals and views were taken into account, which would assist in the development of the system and make the necessary updates. In order to improve and simplify the system, in proportion to their needs, and this is the keenness of the Authority to continuously update the Human Resources Legislation and Regulations in the federal government. The results were identified and approximately 20 feedbacks were received, taken into consideration, and then built upon in the development of corrective measures.

•Benchmarking comparisons with global companies to take best practices in measuring employee performance
•Holding consultative sessions with employees of ministries and federal entities to take their suggestions

The first draft of the plan was developed based on the participants' feedback and taken into consideration to develop the system.
