FAHR: Brain Storming Session to improve the Virtual Assistant Service for the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources customers "Hamad"

Subject:

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has launched a virtual assistant service "Hamad" for FAHR's customers, which would facilitate customers access to its electronic services and obtain answers to some inquiries around the clock 24/7, through the Authority's website (www.fahr.gov.ae) Hence, "Hamad" is considered one of the aspects to shift towards artificial intelligence.

Purpose of Consultation:

The Authority seeks to explore the views of its employees on "Hamad" Service and measure their level of satisfaction through brain storming session which will helps in improving the service in terms of design and content.

Decision-Making:

The Authority will stand on employee reviews and suggestions, to make the necessary updates to improve the system and enrich it with accurate information and answers, to meet their needs.


Result:


The Government Communication Team held a brainstorming session with the concerned departments to discuss the requirements for updating and developing the Virtual Assistant Service for the Authority' customers "Hamad" and the challenges customers are facing when using the service. The requirements and notes of the departments that would help in developing the service and making the necessary updates to it were identified; In order to improve and simplify the system, commensurate with the needs of customers, and also to put in place a marketing mechanism and raise the level of awareness of the service.


Action:

The Government Communications Team with the concerned departments prepared a list of notes covering all the departments' requirements in terms of updates, and developed a mechanism for updating and a time-framed plan that can be changed according to requirements.
