User satisfaction survey on the Ministry of Economy blogs

The Ministry of Economy is conducting a survey to collect customer feedback and assess public satisfaction with the Ministry of Economy's blogs offered via its website.

 

Objectives:

Throughout this survey, we aim to evaluate the opinions and suggestions offered by the public to develop the content of our blogs and enhance the overall customer experience.

 

Decision Making:

The Ministry of Economy will work to improve its blogs, by taking customer feedback & suggestions into account.

The Ministry of Economy's survey on blogs drew 37 respondents from government departments, the private sector, and others. 89.19% of the total participants believe that the Ministry's blog is "very useful," and 5.41% think it is "satisfactory," while 5.41% found it insufficient. In addition, 86.11% of them know the Ministry's blog through social media, 8.33% through the website, 2.78% through e-mail, and 2.78% through a friend.

Based on the inputs received from the public, the Ministry of Economy will work on developing its electronic blogs to meet the requirements and interests of the public. The ministry will continue to monitor the level of user satisfaction with the blogs of the Ministry of Economy.
