Public Consultation on the Issuance of Digital POA Service

The Ministry of Justice launched a new service (issuing the digital  POA ), within the digital platform of the Ministry, which aims to encourage the use of the remote litigation system to facilitate the customer's journey.


The customer from anywhere and at any time can submit his transaction and issue his digital POA in less than 10 minutes without the need for the intervention of a notary public. This system also allows safe keeping of POAs by linking with the blockchain system and digital wallet and issuing digital agencies documented with this modern technology. With the possibility to share it digitally with various parties and competent authorities, and the possibility of verification later through the digital platform of the government.
