Customer Satisfaction Survey on ZU Website

Subject: This survey platform was designed to improve the quality of Zayed University Website according to recommendations received from survey participants. The survey also includes evaluating the website's design and the ease of access to e-services.


Goal/Purpose: Through this consultation, Zayed University aims to shed light on the best practices to improve its services to its stakeholders, such as the ZU website, based on the comments and feedback received from them.


Outcomes: Based on the results, Zayed University will measure the level of customer satisfaction with its website, to enhance strengths, address weaknesses, and even put corrective measures for any gaps, in order to raise the level of customer satisfaction.
