Consultation: Upgrading GAS website

Consultation topic:

The General Authority of Sports (GAS) is upgrading its website www.gas.gov.ae by making extensive modifications and recategorizing the sections to facilitate users' access to their digital services and to ensure that all the information is provided to the users via website.

Aim of the consultation:

GAS aims to bring comprehensive upgrades to its website in order to achieve customer satisfaction and facilitate users' access to their digital service as well as to guarantee that users can quickly access the information they require.

Decisions:

The survey was created to measure user satisfaction and the website will be modified based on the results.
