The family counseling portal launched by the Ministry of Justice is a unique model that accelerates results and stimulates innovation; in order to achieve the ambitious strategic plans of the Ministry within a short period of time.

Through this portal, the Ministry aspires to build a cohesive society, support family stability, consolidate marital relations, reduce divorce cases, avoid problems resulting from family disintegration, and reduce feelings of tension, anxiety and alienation between spouses.

 

The Ministry has used the artificial intelligence feature in the portal to ensure government efficiency and speedy response to all inquiries and consultations; Where the artificial intelligence develops and selects the best answers for the direct automated response to the customer, and the family counseling team undertakes the process of reviewing and updating the answers and automated responses and then joining them again to the artificial intelligence database in order to improve the automated responses and collect the largest number of related topics.

The advice aims to know the opinions and suggestions of the public about the portal and its importance in strengthening family and marital relations and consolidating social cohesion, and making family consultations fast, flexible 24/7

 

 

Expected decisions


The Ministry will monitor the most prominent suggestions and opinions, study them, and take the appropriate action and amendment in this regard

 


Outcome

To improve the customer's experience with the Smart Family Counseling System, we are improving the capabilities of the AI (Artificial Intelligence) in responding to customer consultations by reviewing the questions and answers that are received on the system through the family counseling team, then we fed the artificial intelligence database with them again to improve the efficiency of the automatic responses to the customer.
