[FAHR: Development of the Customer Happiness System (CHS) in the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources

Subject:

FAHR has worked to develop the Customer Happiness System (CHS) on a regular basis, as it makes it easier for customers to access all its electronic services through a single electronic portal, emanating from the Authority's website (www.fahr.gov.ae).

Purpose of Consultation:

The Authority seeks to explore the views of its customers about the system by holding a series of workshops and meetings, as well as creating an experimental environment for the system.

Decision-Making:

The Authority will seek customers' views and suggestions, to make the necessary updates to improves the system in a way that meets the needs of all users.


Session Outcomes:

The Government Communication Team held a brainstorming session with the concerned departments to discuss the requirements for updating and developing the Customer Happiness System (CHS) and the challenges customers are facing when using the system. The requirements and notes of the departments that would help in developing the system and making the necessary updates to it were identified; In order to improve and simplify the system, commensurate with the needs of customers, and also to put in place a marketing mechanism and raise the level of awareness of the system.


Action:

The Government Communication Team with the concerned departments prepared a list of notes covering all the departments' requirements in terms of updates, and developed a mechanism for updating and a time-framed plan that can be changed according to requirements.
