Subject of Bulletin

Based on the orientations of the National Library and  Archives' leadership and its interest in developing its strategies to ensure its customers' satisfaction and happiness, this questionnaire is designed to give you the opportunity to evaluate the National Library and Archives' efforts to make you happy, and to provide us with any suggestion to develop the work in it.

Objective of Bulletin

Measuring the happiness of the National Library and Archives' customers and taking their development proposals and opinions to increase their happiness and fulfil their aspirations.

Making Decision:

Review all levels of customers' happiness, and all opinions and suggestions, to enhance strengths and develop opportunities for improvement.
