FAHR: Brainstorming Session to prepare an Integrated Media Plan for the Authority 2022

Subject:

 The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources prepares annually a media plan that includes all its services and projects for the purpose of promoting within the specified time frame.


Purpose of Consultation: 

The authority, especially the Government Communication Team, seeks through the brainstorming session to periodically review the previous plan and propose new requirements and inputs for the preparation of an integrated media plan, in terms of promotion channels, time frames, and responsibilities. 


Decision-Making:

The Government Communication Team will prepare the media plan after reviewing the views and proposals of the relevant departments, to make the necessary updates, to improve the plan, to cover all the Authority's strategic projects.


Session Outcomes:

The Government Communication Team held a brainstorming session with stakeholders to prepare a Media Plan for all of the Authority's strategic initiatives and projects. Departmental requirements were received in terms of marketing channels, designs and financial resources, to market projects and initiatives, and discussed them with stakeholders, and then prepared the proposed plan for 2022.


Action:


The Government Communication Team has prepared an integrated media plan that covers the requirements of the departments, in terms of marketing and promotion, and is time-framed and subject to change according to requirements. 


Outcome
