Purpose of Consultation:
Through the brainstorming session, the Authority seeks to obtain the views of the Business Partner Team of Directors and Human Resources officials in the Authority and to take their suggestions to develop an integrated plan to activate and develop the initiative, to serve the federal authorities, and raise the level of satisfaction with the authority's services.
Decision Making:
FAHR will stand on the views and proposals of the Business Partner Team to enhance strengths, develop corrective measures for any gaps and to facilitate the process of preparing the development plan within specific time frames, to meet the needs of human resources departments in the federal government and raise their level of satisfaction and happiness with the authority's services.
Brainstorming Session Outcomes:
The Authority held a brainstorming session with the business partners team, a number of the authority's employees, managers and HR officials in the federal entities, to develop the Proactive HR Business Partners Initiative. During the virtual session, the previous years' work plan was presented, and some observations and proposals were discussed to update the 2022 plan, which would help simplify the process of communication and respond to inquiries directly, within specific time frames, that meet their needs, and raise their level of satisfaction and happiness with the authority's services. The opinions of the majority of the employees were counted and after discussion by those concerned, the plan was prepared.
