efforts of the Federal Authority for Governmental Human Resources to develop
its published materials, especially the monthly HR Magazine, and its keenness
to involve its employees in the decision-making regarding its development in
form and content, a survey will be sent to find out the opinions
and views of the development employees, and then implement them on the magazine;
To raise the level of readability, make it more attractive.
From the survey, the Authority seeks to involve its employees in the process of updating the magazine - in form and content - in order to make it easier for customers and make it more attractive and easier to read.

The Authority held a brainstorming session to develop the monthly Human Resources Magazine, with the participation of a number of the Authority's employees. During the virtual session, some developmental notes received from the departments were discussed. The proposals and views of the development specialists from the departments were taken, which would help in developing the Magazine - in form and content - in order to facilitate the reader, make it more attractive and easy to read and make the necessary updates on it.
