Introduction: GPSSA seeks to raise awareness by providing the option to access the completion of its electronic services through the UAE PASS, and it also seeks to promote the use of this method to deliver services in line with the government's orientation.
Objective: Determine the preferred entry method for customers to complete GPSSA electronic services.
Expected results: Developing the registration service according to the questionnaire results.
Outcome
- The
evaluation shows the intensity of the participation of employers, as they are
the ones who use the registration feature the most, because most of these
accounts are public accounts and not personal accounts. So must Provide registration options that suit
the nature of users all registration options and Promote awareness of the
importance of using the digital identity in the registration process for the
categories that perform services of a personal nature.
