The Human Resources Club is one of FAHR strategic initiatives
that aims to enhance the capabilities and productivity of the workforce in the
Federal Government, as the club provides an interactive platform for exchanging
experiences, best practices, and building relationships between human resource
specialists from various sectors ( Federal Government Sector, Local Government
and Private Sector).
The authority will measure the level of interaction with the virtual sessions of the Human Resources Club and assess the views and suggestions of the customers and the club's members, in order to enhance the strengths, and to establish corrective measures for the gaps, to raise their level of satisfaction and happiness with the initiative.
Results and Action:
After analyzing the results of the questionnaire that measures the level of public satisfaction with the sessions of the Human Resources Club (virtual sessions) 2021, the suggestions and views of the participants from the federal government and the public were taken into consideration in the questionnaire, which would help in the development of the Human Resources Club and virtual sessions and set up a marketing mechanism. The results were identified and approximately 10 proposals were received, taken into consideration, and then built upon in the development of corrective measures.

Outcome
