FAHR: Satisfaction Questionnaire for the E-Learning Portal in the Federal Government (Al-Mawrid)

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources launched the e-learning Portal Initiative in the Federal Government "Al Mawrid", which is an advanced Smart Training Platform that serves Federal Government employees, develops their behavioral and specialized skills, and provides them with innovative public and specialized electronic training programs and courses, that take into account their needs and enhance their capabilities. Also enable them to keep step with the requirements of the labor market. al-mawrid.ae

Purpose of Consultation:

The Authority seeks to motivate Federal Government employees to actively participate in "Al Mawrid" Portal to achieve the maximum benefit from the available educational and training programs, through a special questionnaire that measures their satisfaction with the portal in order to develop and update it.

Decision-Making:

The authority will measure the level of interaction with the "Al Mawrid" portal and stand on the views and suggestions of specialists from the federal government employees, to enhance strengths, and develop corrective measures for any gaps, in order to raise their level of satisfaction and happiness with the portal.


Results and Corrective Actions:

After analyzing the results of the questionnaire that measures the level of satisfaction with the e-learning portal in the federal government (Al Mawrid), the development proposals and views of the participants (approximately 40 proposals) were taken, which would help update the portal in terms of content and characteristics, establish a marketing mechanism and raise awareness of the portal .
