Brain Storming Session to improve the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources website

Based on the endeavors of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources to develop its website and its eagerness to involve its employees in the decision to improve the content and the look & feel, a brain storming session  will be held to receive the views and feedbacks of employees and then to be implemented on the site which will provides better and easier services for customers.

Purpose of Consultation:

FAHR seeks from the session to involve its employees in the process of developing its website for the convenience of customers and to make it more attractive and easy to browse.

Decision-Making:

FAHR will review employee development proposals and visualizations that will help in developing and improving the site, to reach the level of customers ambitions and aspirations.

Outcome

Decision-Making:

After completing the brainstorming session with the employees and adopting their developmental views, the observations and suggestions were counted (15 proposals), and after discussion by those concerned, the amendments and updates were dropped on the authority's website.
