The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources launched Hayat Project to provide psychological and moral support to employees of the Federal Government, with the aim of enhancing their mental health at the hands of a group of specialists and consultants and raising efficiency and productivity by reducing work and life challenges, given the exceptional circumstances the world is going through, and what may result from psychological and social pressures and challenges.

Purpose of Consultation:

The Authority seeks to develop the program to help the largest number of employees of the Federal Government to overcome the psychological crises and pressures caused by the current conditions.

Decision-Making:

After analyzing the results of the questionnaire that measures the level of Satisfaction of the Psychological Support Program for Federal Government employees (Hayat), the proposals and opinions of participants from the federal government were taken into account, which would help in developing the program, setting up a marketing mechanism, raising awareness of the initiative and how to benefit from the services provided by the program to the employees.

The results were examined and about 11 proposals were received, and they were taken into consideration, and then based on them in developing corrective actions.
