Measuring Community awareness of the Ministry of Health and Prevention’s Services
As part of its strategy to provide the best services aims to achieve smart government standards, the Ministry of Health and Prevention provides a package of electronic and smart services through its website and smart application with the aim of improving the quality of the health system, consolidating the preventive aspect and providing telehealth services in accordance with the best global practices.
Through this consultation, the Ministry of Health and Prevention aims to measure community awareness of the services provides and to monitor their opinions and suggestions to develop the services and the procedures to obtain it.
After monitoring all opinions and proposals, the Ministry will take the necessary improvement measures to ensure that the community is aware enough of MOHAP services.
