The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources is working to
continuously develop its electronic systems, as the Self-Service System for
Human Resources procedures is one of the electronic systems that fall under the
umbrella of the Human Resources Information Management System in the Federal Government
“Bayanati”, through which Federal Government employees can complete and follow
up all their own Human Resources procedures, which would contribute to
facilitating Human Resources services in Ministries and Federal entities and
assisting HR Departments in focusing on strategic programs and initiatives
Purpose of Consultation
The Authority seeks to explore the views of its customers about the system by launching a special questionnaire
Decision-Making
The Authority solicit customers’ views and suggestions, to make the necessary updates to improves the Self – Service System in a way that meets the needs of
all users
After analyzing the results of the questionnaire that measures the level of customer satisfaction with the Self-Service System 2020, the participants ’development proposals and visions were taken, which would help in developing the system and make the necessary updates. Because of the improvement and simplification of the system, commensurate with their needs, and also in setting up a marketing mechanism and raising awareness of the system. In addition, the results were examined and about 35 proposals were received. These were taken into consideration, and then based on them in developing corrective measures.
